Q: What if I do not know my size?
A: If you do not know your size, use our size chart. When measuring, keep the tape straight and snug, but not tight. Our size charts show average measurements and corresponding size. Use them as a general rule. Scrubs-n-Things brings you uniforms from many top brands, so sizes may vary. Our uniform fashion consultants can help you choose the correct sizes. If you need assistance in finding your size please call us at 616-396-2877.

Q: Do you offer Tall and Petite sizes?

A: Yes we do. Many of our print tops run from XS to 5XL, and many of our solid tops and pants come in Tall and Petite sizes. Size varies by product; please see the product detail page to see the size ranges for the product and make sure you pull down the size menu when you order online.

Q: I have a question about a product. Who should I call for assistance?

Ordering Online

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Only if we are shipping within Michigan, where there is a Scrubs-n-Things store location (in Holland and Wyoming).

Q: Why do I keep getting the Zip Code verification error with my Credit Card, and what should I do?
A: The Zip Code verification checks that the Zip Code you enter with your credit card information is the Zip Code that your bank has on record for your Credit Card. This check is to help prevent unauthorized people using your credit card to shop on-line. This security check is for your benefit, but sometimes it can be a nuisance. If you keep getting the Zip Code error, even when you are entering the correct Zip Code, it is possible that your bank is not on-line with our credit card processing system. In this case it is not that your Zip Code is incorrect, it is that we are not getting a response from your bank, and our system requires a positive verification before allowing the order to go through. What to do: First ensure your Zip Code is correct (Have you moved recently? Is the credit card statement sent to a different address?). If you are still having the problem, try a different credit card. If you are using Visa, try a MasterCard, for example. If you are still unable to complete your order we recommend you print out your shopping cart page (with all the products you are ordering and your shipping address) and mail it to us with a check, to:

Q: Is shopping online at Scrubs-n-Things.com safe?
A: Yes, shopping online with scrubs-n-things.com is 100% secure. We use SSL security, which is the best security system in the industry. All transactions are Veri-sign approved for security.

Q: Can I order online without a credit card?
A: Currently, we only accept online orders placed with a major credit or debit card.

Q: Can I mail, phone, fax or e-mail my order?
A: Yes, no matter how you like to shop, placing your order with Scrubs-n-Things is easy! Although we use a secure server to protect your personal information, we understand that not all customers are comfortable using a credit card online.

Order by phone: Call 616-396-2877 during our hours of operation. Normal business hours are Monday – Friday 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (We are closed on Sunday’s and all major holiday’s.) Be sure to know the names and style numbers of the products you want to buy! If you have an order to place after hours, you may leave us a voice message with the names and style numbers of the products you wish to buy. A Scrubs-n-Things associate will call you back within 1 business day to confirm your order.

Order from our catalog by fax: Fax your completed order form anytime, to 1-616-532-8282. Remember to include all item, pricing and shipping information on your order form. Also include daytime and evening telephone numbers so we can contact you if we have any questions about your order (we will not use your phone number for any other purpose). If you are ordering for a Hospital or Institution, simply fax or mail us an authorized purchase order and we will confirm receipt within 1 business day. Please provide your fax number for confirmation.

Order by mail: If you have our print catalog and prefer to order by mail, simply fill out the order form and send it to us at the address printed on the order form. If you will be monogramming an item or items, please print and use the monogram order form from this web site. Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: Standard Delivery Orders are shipped priority mail and are usually processed within 1-2 business days, holidays excluded. (Please allow for normal shipping time of up to 7 business days.) Occasionally an item is out of stock. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly by e-mail.

Monogram orders require additional processing time.

Direct Shipping: When necessary, select items may be shipped separately, direct from the manufacturer. If multiple items are ordered, it is possible that you will receive more than one shipment. Sorry, monogramming is not available on direct ship items.

Q: How much will I pay for shipping?
A: Shipping cost will be automatically calculated and added to your order. Orders over $75 (excluding the shipping charge) will be shipped free of charge in the US. Sales tax is collected if delivery is made in the state of Michigan only. The total cost of your order will be displayed before you are asked for your credit card information.

Q: If my selection is "backordered", what happens?
A: Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily run out-of-stock. When that happens, we will immediately notify you via e-mail with the anticipated shipping date. Most items that are backordered are expected to arrive in our store within 30 days. We ship all ordered items as they become available, and you will not be charged for the item until it is ready to ship. If you have ordered more than one item and any of those items are on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments. You are billed only once for shipping and processing at the beginning of your order.

Q: How do I check the status of my order or contact you if I have a question about my order?
A: If you have any questions about your order, including order status, call us at 616-396-2877 or e-mail us at customerservice@scrubs-n-things.com. Please include your name, address, and ordering information in addition to your question, so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.

Q: An item I ordered is on backorder and I do not want to wait for it. How can I cancel it?

A: To cancel any backordered item, call us at 616-396-2877 or send us an e-mail at customerservice@scrubs-n-things.com. Include your name, order number, address and ordering information along with the item number you wish to cancel. If the item has not already been shipped, we will cancel it immediately.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. At this time we do not ship internationally.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Your order will ship within 1 - 3 days unless you need to have your item embroidered.


Returns and Exchanges

Q: How do I return an item to Scrubs-n-Things?
A: We hope you will be pleased with the items you select. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly return any item(s) in original condition within 15 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or monogrammed items. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Return postage must be pre-paid. COD's on return shipments cannot be accepted. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Q: How do I exchange an item?

Q: I lost my packing slip. What information do you need for my return?
A: If you've lost your packing slip, call us at 616-396-2877 for assistance. We will search for your order and give you the information you need to include with your return, including your order number. Ship your return merchandise to the address above. Don't forget to include your order number with your package! We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive.

Q: What do I do if I was shipped the wrong item(s) or my order was damaged in transit?
A: For fastest service, call us at 616-396-2877 or e-mail us at customerservice@scrubs-n-things.com with your order number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it.

Q: Will I get a full refund for my return?
A: If item is returned in new or like-new condition within 15 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, call us at 616-396-2877 and we will search for your order information.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?

A: We process all returns upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the shipping method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, your account will be credited when we process your return. If you ordered by check, your refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail.

Q: What guarantee do you offer on your products?

A: We want you to be happy! If you are ever disappointed, any non-embroidered items in original condition (with tags attached) may be exchanged or returned within 15 days of receipt. Postage, shipping and handling are not refundable.Send returns via insured, prepaid U.S. mail or UPS to:
